Cancellation Policy

The Lash Spot requires 24-hour notice prior to any cancellation or rescheduling appointment. Cancelling within the 24hours of your appointment will be considered a no-show and those fees will apply. Failure to give 24-hour notice will result in 50% of the scheduled service fee. No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee. A No-Show will not be able to reschedule without full payment upon scheduling. No Exceptions!

Late Policy

If you are running late to an appointment we ask that you notify us. Otherwise appointment will be Canceled. If you are less than 15 minutes late we will try our best to make your lashes as full as possible in the time allotted. You will still be charged full price. If you are more than 15 minutes late we will try our best to accommodate you but reserve the right to reschedule your appointment if we are unable to, As we will always do our best to accommodate your session.


Booking/Payment Policy

A credit card must be on file to hold all appointments. This is not your deposit. Your card WILL NOT BE CHARGED. The Lash Spot does not provide change, please have exact change if payment form is with cash. Otherwise credit card is accepted but credit fee will be applied.


Guarantee Policy

The Lash Spot takes great pride in their work! If you have any concerns with the service you received, let us know within 3 days and we will fix it to your satisfaction at no extra charge. This is a policy we are proud to offer!


Refund Policy

The Lash Spot does not offer refunds on any service. We do however, offer a GUARANTEE POLICY (see above).


Allergies

If you experience an allergic reaction to any of the products used during a service, please notify us immediately for assistance in assessing the situation. If you have experienced allergic reactions to eyelash extensions in the past and think you may have an allergy to our products, please let us know prior to your appointment. A patch test can be administered before your appointment. *Refunds are not given for allergic reactions.
